For ten years, I worked as a trauma/critical care nurse in adult and pediatric areas. During that time, I returned to school to earn a journalism degree.
Now as the mother of two children, I've combined the two to help parents, like myself, make sense of this chaotic endeavor of raising children.
Parenting doesn't come with a teaching manual, (Besides, who reads the instructions anyway?)But it's one of the most amazing journeys a person can take.
Hopefully, my words can help parents out there get through another day knowing they are not alone with the frustration and chaos that can overwhelm all of us.
